How credits and billing work
We use your free browser allowance first, then subscription credits, then one-time credits. Within each balance, credits expiring sooner are used first.
A paid attempt reserves its displayed credit cost before generation. A confirmed failure returns the same credits with their original expiry; it never extends their life.
Subscription credits are issued only after Stripe confirms each paid invoice. A failed renewal adds no credits. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not shorten the already-paid period.
A partial or full refund, or an opened payment dispute, revokes the remaining credits from that purchase or billing period. Completed usage stays in the audit record. A dispute won in our favor restores still-valid unused credits.
Credit expiry or billing cancellation does not delete your files. Credits buy generation attempts, not physical delivery, unlimited use, or a blanket commercial-use license.
For a billing or quality issue, contact support. Existing personalized-book orders keep their original terms.
