Using FuntimeColoring

These terms apply when you use FuntimeColoring's free generation tools, online coloring activities, accounts and digital purchases. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to purchase a product. Adults are responsible for a minor's use of the service and for activity under their account.

Your content and permission to process it

You keep any rights you already hold in photos and text you submit. You give FuntimeColoring and the service providers needed to fulfill your request a limited permission to store, process, transform and deliver that content, and to secure the service or resolve a failed request.

You must have permission to use the content you submit. Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, malware, private material you are not authorized to share, or content intended to deceive or impersonate another person.

Generated results

AI-generated results can vary, contain mistakes or resemble other generated work. Review every result before printing, sharing or relying on it. FuntimeColoring does not guarantee a particular likeness, artistic result, completion time, uniqueness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Personal and commercial use

FuntimeColoring does not claim ownership of your original input. It also does not promise that a generated result is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights.

A free download or paid purchase does not automatically grant a commercial license. Before selling, redistributing or using a result commercially, you are responsible for confirming the rights in your input, the people and property it depicts, the generated output, applicable law and relevant provider terms.

Digital products and payment

FuntimeColoring currently provides digital files. Physical printing and shipping are not included. A personalized coloring book is a one-time purchase, not a subscription or a package of generation credits. The price, currency and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm checkout. Payment details are handled by a third-party payment processor.

Failed orders and refunds

FuntimeColoring does not publish a fixed voluntary refund window. Applicable law may provide rights that these terms do not limit. If a paid order fails or the purchased file cannot be delivered, use the Contact page with the email used for the purchase. The payment and job records will be reviewed to determine the available retry, delivery or refund action.

Do not send card details in a support message.

File availability and deletion

App-stored uploads and generated files do not expire automatically. Use the delete action on the free result or in the signed-in private library when you want those app-stored files removed. Transaction records may remain when needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy for the limits of deletion across third-party providers.

Availability and prohibited use

Do not bypass limits or security controls, interfere with the service, scrape private results, probe another user's files, reverse engineer protected service components, or use FuntimeColoring unlawfully. We may block a request or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service or legal obligations.

The service is provided as available and may change. Temporary interruption or a changed feature does not remove obligations attached to a completed purchase.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Questions about these terms, a failed purchase or a refund request can be sent through the Contact page or to support@funtimecoloring.com.
