What this policy covers

FuntimeColoring turns photos and text ideas into printable coloring pages and digital coloring books. This policy explains what data is needed to provide the service, where third parties are involved, and what you can delete.

Data we process

• Uploads and prompts: photos, text ideas and generation settings you submit.
• Generated files: coloring-page images, book pages and digital book files.
• Account data: email address, account identifiers and sign-in records when you create an account.
• Purchase data: payment status, order references and purchase history. Full card details are handled by a payment processor and are not stored by FuntimeColoring.
• Service and security data: request times, browser or device information, and short-lived or hashed network identifiers used for security, abuse prevention and free-use limits.
• Support messages: the name, email address and message you send through the Contact page or support email.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Avoid highly sensitive images that are not necessary for the coloring page you requested.

How we use data

We use this data to validate inputs, generate the files you request, provide private downloads, process purchases, enforce usage limits, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures and answer support or deletion requests. Personal uploads are not placed in a public gallery.

AI processing and other service providers

When you request a generation, FuntimeColoring sends the processed image or text needed for that request to a third-party AI processing service. FuntimeColoring does not claim that the provider immediately deletes every submission or never uses data for training unless a binding provider term supports that claim.

FuntimeColoring also uses third-party infrastructure for application hosting, private file storage, database records, authentication, email and payment processing. Each provider receives only the data needed for its role. A link to another website or a provider-hosted checkout is also subject to that provider's privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

• Files stored by FuntimeColoring do not expire automatically. They remain private until you use the available delete action or make a verified deletion request.
• The free photo and text tools keep access to the latest result in the browser that created it. Clearing browser storage can remove that access key without deleting the server copy, so use the page's delete action first.
• Signed-in buyers can delete an available book from their private library. Deleting a book removes its app-stored generated files and job record. A payment record may remain for transaction accounting, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.
• A failed paid job may keep the status and transaction reference needed to investigate a retry or refund until the job is deleted or the record is no longer required.
• Deleting a file from FuntimeColoring does not by itself prove that a temporary copy held by an AI or payment provider has been deleted under that provider's separate retention rules.

Your choices

You can use the free photo and text tools without an account. If you create an account, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data associated with it. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account, result or purchase.

Browser settings can remove or block cookies and local storage. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, free-use limits or saved private-result access from working.

Children

FuntimeColoring is intended for adults, including parents and teachers. Children should not submit personal photos, account information or payment information without a parent or guardian.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. For a privacy question or deletion request, use the Contact page or email support@funtimecoloring.com. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive photos in a support message.
